Innosoft is excited to announce that it has been awarded a Contract by the State of South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) to provide Agile Team Support for Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Development.  Over the 5-year contract, Innosoft will provide multiple agile development teams to support the development of the MES, which is at the core of the Delivery of Automated Systems for Healthcare (DASH) initiative.

“The award of this contract reflects Innosoft’s qualifications, capabilities, and expertise in leveraging the principles of Agile to the area of software development, specifically for Health IT applications.  We are also excited to provide modern cloud, DevOps, Security, and testing services for the South Carolina MES project, and continue to leverage our Medicaid modernization capabilities for more states,” said Fred Miller, Innosoft Executive Vice President of Business Development.

The South Carolina contract award comes on the heels of a similar Agile Development contract awarded at the beginning of February, 2023, for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange.  “The 5-year contract award for MHBE ensures that Innosoft will continue to provide exceptional service on the vehicle in support of the Affordable Care Act implementation in the State of Maryland. Innosoft is continuing to grow as a leader in the delivery of IT Integration solutions for federal and state government with a focus on Health IT and Education.  We are excited to continue our work in Maryland in support of MHBE,” said Fred Miller.

The awards follow on numerous Federal and State awards in the Health IT area over the past year, including Medicaid Modernization at the State of Maryland, and Medicaid.gov DevOps support and Modernization for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
