Innosoft has developed a deep competency in Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace programs through implementation of several key Federal and State based Health Insurance Exchange systems (ACA/Obamacare). We offer small business competitiveness and agility with large business experience, capabilities, and solutions. Innosoft is looking for a PMO Lead to join our team.

We are searching for an energetic, organized, resourceful team member that will be a member of program management office (PMO) across the G5 Modernization Program. The PMO Lead is responsible for interfacing and communicating the status of the project portfolio to Client’s and Innosoft leadership. The PMO Lead will coordinate and provide milestone input for project activities as they relate to project schedules. The successful candidate will serve as the escalation point for Innosoft’s portion of projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Report budget and timeline to SLA’s
  • Interface with project and application managers to better understand project status
  • Oversee project managers and coordinators serving to lead program projects
  • Coordinate Innosoft resources & provide to PM
  • Attend kickoff meeting PM & team – schedule discussion & agreement
  • Communicate issues and concerns
  • Coordinate kickoff and other recurring meetings
  • Define & maintain project plans
  • Report status & constraints
  • Ensure project conforms to PM standards
  • Project risk management & remediation
  • Other assignments and project tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or other related academic field and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience in managing a PMO related to Federal IT program 15-30 size team
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Superior MS office skills: MS project, word, excel, power point
  • Strong ability in problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience with successful interaction between customers and vendors
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Good writing skills regarding project management related documents
  • Good experience in CMMI L3 Dev and SVC knowledge and usage in reviewing documents and deliverables. Peer reviews etc.
