Innosoft is seeking a dynamic and experienced System Architect with a strong background in Business Development to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ideating and building innovative solutions for government customers, with a particular focus on Health IT. This role requires expertise in AWS, Big Data solutions, Open Source technologies, and integrations in secure environments. The System Architect will play a crucial role in supporting the development of approximately 20 proposals per year, providing solution design, creating solution diagrams, drafting accompanying text, and preparing technical approach documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Proposal Support: Collaborate with the Sales Team to design and develop solutions for government customers, particularly in Health IT. Support the writing and technical design for about 20 proposals annually.
• Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution diagrams, technical approach narratives, and detailed specifications.
• Framework Development: Develop and maintain framework solutions using AWS, including basic CI/CD pipelines and CloudFormation templates.
• Integration and Security Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with Federal Government security requirements, including FISMA and NIST standards.
• Innovation and Ideation: Continuously innovate and ideate new solutions that meet the evolving needs of government customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of proposed solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in system architecture and business development, with a focus on government customers and Health IT solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS services, Big Data solutions, Open Source technologies, and secure environment integrations.
• Security Standards: In-depth knowledge of Federal Government security requirements, including FISMA and NIST standards.
• Application Development: Proficiency in application development, CI/CD, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Solution Frameworks: Ability to build and maintain framework solutions with AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and CloudFormation templates.
• Technical Writing: Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and solution descriptions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Qualifications

• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification preferred.
