The choices you want in a career
Work Models
We offer three ways to work, based on personal preference, client requirements, and team needs.
Onsite: Roles that require work at a client site or Innosoft facility, on average, more than 50% of the time over a 90-day period, or four or more days per week.
Remote: Roles that require work at a client site or Innosoft facility less than or equal to 20 days per year. Eligible employees must also either: live more than 50 miles from a Innosoft facility, not have a Innosoft facility in their home state, or have an approved accommodation (e.g., medical or disability-related).
Hybrid: Employees who aren’t onsite or full-time remote are considered hybrid, and work expectations are determined at the team level.
Flexible Schedules
Whether you’re caring for a loved one or pursuing a degree, we know you have responsibilities outside of work. We offer the option for flexible scheduling, compressed work arrangements, job sharing, and part-time employment so you can balance your professional and personal commitments.
Location Flexibility
Choose where you do your work. You’ll be assigned a primary work location, but you may also enjoy the autonomy to work in a space conducive to your needs each day, depending on your mission and team requirements.
