SRINIVAS CHALLAPALLI

CEO

Mr. Challapalli is the founder and CEO of Innosoft. He is responsible for the vision and long-term strategy of the company, which he has grown from an initial one-person contracting shop to a mature and thriving small business delivering to both government and commercial clients. He founded Innosoft to provide innovative solutions without compromising on quality and reliability, and under his leadership it has become an established and reliable enterprise engaged in the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions and technology services. Mr. Challapalli has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Technology.

CARL TEGEDER

Vice President of Technology

Mr. Tegeder, Vice President of Technology at Innosoft and an Army veteran, brings over 30 years of experience in enterprise technology architecture and innovation. He is a trusted federal technology strategist with a proven track record of shaping innovation, leading multi-billion-dollar transformation initiatives, and driving enterprise growth through next-generation architecture, digital modernization, cybersecurity, AI/ML integration, and health data interoperability. At Innosoft, he leads enterprise technology strategy with a focus on emerging technologies and mission-driven innovation, ensuring IT modernization efforts align with long-term public health and federal mission outcomes.

RANGA BALARAMAN

Director of PMO

Mr. Balaraman leads Innosoft’s federal and state government contract proposals and serves as a solutions architect, combining comprehensive IT solutions capabilities with Project Management and Agile Delivery expertise to ensure alignment with client objectives. With over 26 years of experience in large-scale transformation initiatives, he drives proposal excellence and strengthens Innosoft’s position as a leader in software development and IT services. His previous leadership roles at UBS, GE, and Genpact highlight his expertise in technology delivery, process optimization, and efficiency improvements.

Michael Reinhold

Chief Information Security Officer

Mr. Reinhold brings over 23 years of executive leadership in cybersecurity, IT, and business transformation, with a focus on federal health agencies. As a long-serving CISO, he has led cybersecurity strategy and risk management for agencies including CMS, FDA, TSA, IHS, CDC, DOL, and NIH. A CISSP and CEH, he combines technical depth with strategic vision to align security initiatives with mission goals in high‑compliance environments. He has led large‑scale federal contracts, built robust cybersecurity frameworks, and briefed senior leadership and congressional stakeholders. With strengths in proposal strategy, pricing, and IT modernization, Reinhold supports Innosoft’s secure and innovative growth.

Ms. Lentz has over 40 years selling to the federal, state, and local markets. Her specialty is helping Innosoft work more successfully with customer needs by leveraging deep understanding via customer intimacy, teaming strategies for the most knowledgeable and capable partners, competitive analysis, and proposal compliance.

MIKE SACCA

Health IT Industry SME

Mr. Sacca is a distinguished senior thought leader with 40 years’ experience in federal contract procurement and delivery within the healthcare sector. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of managing and overseeing high-profile analytic and data-centric initiatives funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services—significantly contributing to the evolution of clinical quality  measurement, value-based care, program integrity, and healthcare policy research. His experience includes leading national initiatives at CMS, including the independent validation of ~$500M in incentive payments for the Physician Quality Reporting System, and the transition of legacy SAS code to open-source cloud-based alternatives.
