Innosoft is excited to announce two new contract awards for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).  In January, Innosoft was awarded a two-year contract to support Website Modernization for Medicaid.gov, through implementing an Agile and Iterative Human-Centered Design (HCD) process, and leveraging Machine Learning (ML) to understand the Customer Experience (CX) and implement solutions to improve support for beneficiaries and internal users.  The win will continue to improve on the web property ranked as the 6th-most responsive to customer needs across the Federal government, as ranked by Forrester.

 

 

And in February, CMS awarded Innosoft with a 5-year, $500 Million ceiling Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Data Analytics Supporting Healthcare (DASH). Innosoft will deliver a commercial, streamlined process to support CMS Quality Related Initiatives with the need for agile delivery services, including IT management and governance, business process analysis, Human-Centered Design (HCD), agile solution architecture and design, agile application development and configuration, analytics and reporting, integration, and DevOps. These services will be available to CMS components with a quality related initiative and Federal agency partners sharing a collaborative CMS quality related initiative need.  DASH will address the analytics and reporting needs of a diverse set of users who support key business processes within the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ).  CCSQ serves the public as a trusted partner with focus on improving outcomes, beneficiary experience of care, and population health, and reducing health care costs through improvement.
